My background


Born and raised in Belgium (yes, my French accent gives it away), I have always been active in sports — and looking for new ways to challenge myself.  I’ve worked in gyms and fitness centres across Brussels and in London as a Personal Trainer and Group Training Instructor. And the best part of my job has always been my relationship with my clients. I love helping people set goals, believe in themselves, grow stronger and become more confident. It’s what drives me!
As for my own fitness, I love being active – running with my dog Cookie, swimming, cycling, weight training, and taking on whatever other challenges may come my way.

My philosophy


I believe strongly in happiness. You can say that I’m a positivist, I always try to see the glass half full instead of half empty.
How does it work in coaching? I always focus on the improvement. Finishing the session realising that you did 1 more squat than usual is a small victory and if many of these small victories will lead you to succes.
Think about it… Result comes with consistence in your sessions. Consistence is easier to achieve when you enjoy what you’re doing.
So I will always do my best for you to enjoy your session.
