My wife and I hired Lionel as we wanted to get a better posture and gain some strength overall. And he did just that… and so much more! He managed to reach these objectives in a friendly and efficient way, despite our constant protests and cheap humor. For us he is the best coach we could have dreamed of: extremely professional, but also very human, so you don’t realize how much effort you put during the sessions (until your body reminds you two days later). Of course sometimes we wanted to kill him, but deep inside we knew it was for the best 🙂 If you look for a coach who knows exactly how to make you reach your goals, but also very supportive, look no further, Lionel is the one you need. Lionel is a great coach and it is every time a pleasure to attend his classes. Lionel is always smiling and has a a very nice energy. What I appreciate during his classes is that is enthusiactic, that he motivates you to push your limits (always taking into account your own level) and that he tries to make it fun. Every week he prepares a training with different exercises combining cardio and strength. He also pays a lot of attention to your position and corrects you in order to avoid injuries.
