You may have taken the first step alone, but we’re a team now. I believe online personal training should be personal, meaning the plan I create is designed specifically for YOU. Taking into account your goals, lifestyle, fitness history and personality, I will create a results-focussed training programme that will adapt as you progress. We may be in different locations, but I’ll be right there with you every step of the way. I’m always available to answer your questions or concerns — or give you that extra bit of motivation.
